Having been in this business for nearly ten years, to be honest, I've fallen into more traps than anyone else.
The customer clearly ordered high borosilicate bottles, but received ordinary sodium calcium glass instead. When they poured hot water into it, it immediately cracked. The wooden lid might look nice, but when it got moldy, the smell made the customer return it. The most annoying part was that I had to bear the shipping cost as compensation. Over time, even the regular customers were driven away.
Last year, a customer who was exporting essential oils told me privately that the Kanghua large-volume bottles he was using now had never developed any hair on the lids. As soon as I heard this, I immediately ordered samples. After receiving them, I tightened the lids, turned them upside down and left them overnight - the floor was spotlessly clean. I poured water into the bottle and pushed it from my desk. The bottle itself was fine, and the lid, after being inspected, showed no signs of deformation. To be honest, it was only then that I realized the previous products should have been thrown away.
This bottle is indeed quite special. It has a 47mm diameter and a height of 115mm. It can be used to store perfumes, eye drops for penicillin, and oral liquids for medicines. The capacity is 50ml in the gold specification. The body is made of high borosilicate glass, which is slightly heavier than ordinary glass but is much better at withstanding heat and temperature differences. The rosewood lid has been carbonized, and the surface feels like it has been coated with oil. Even after wiping it with a damp cloth, there was no sign of water absorption or expansion. A silicone ring is embedded inside the lid, and when it is tightened, the liquid is basically unable to escape.
Now for this Kanghua bottle, I go to the storage rooms on a regular basis a few times a month. The feedback from the customers is mostly along the lines of "The packaging could be a bit larger." There's nothing much to criticize.
Product Features:
High borosilicate glass can be filled directly with boiling water without exploding. It doesn't need to cool down when storing essential oils in winter, and won't crack even when exposed to direct sunlight in summer. (This feature is quite practical.)
The cedarwood lid has undergone sealing treatment. After being placed in a damp warehouse for one or two months, it can be opened without any mold spots. It is more convenient than ordinary beechwood lids.
The bottle opening has standard threads, and the accompanying dropper, nozzle, and aluminum cap can all be directly screwed on without the need for additional customization.
Tips:
Before using the wooden cover for the first time, wipe the inner silicone ring with a dry cloth. Sometimes there might be a little dust on it during the manufacturing process. Make sure to clean it thoroughly before tightening the seal.
If the goods are being transported by sea, it is best to ask the manufacturer for the bubble column separation pad. Ordinary pearl cotton is not stable enough, especially when loading and unloading goods in a full container, it is prone to shaking.
